Please note that all expenses need to be pre-approved by you line manager.

Please note that JobDiva application is available to download for Android/Apple users. If you decide to use Apple/Android application, please follow “My Time App for Candidates” guide.

1. Log into JobDiva (if you didn’t receive credentials, please reach out to ask@xml-int.com)

2. Navigate to “Expense” section.

3. Enter you expense, the sheet is divided by weeks. Please use the applicable week when the spending occurred or the last week of the month if you want to add your expenses monthly.

4.  Please submit your expenses by Expense Category option. If none of the categories apply, please choose “Other” and leave a comment regarding applicable category in “Employee Comments” section. Example below.

5. Once you finish entering all your expenses please save it and then submit for your Line Manager approval (s/he will receive an automatic notification).Application, tableDescription automatically generated with medium confidence

6. Once the expense is approved in JobDivathe expense reimbursement will be processed. Please note that all fully approved expenses are paid in 2 cycles: 1 week of the month & 3rd week of the month.
