  1. Log into Cascade (in case you forgot your credentials/password, please reach out to ask@xml-int.com to reset it).


  1. Navigate to ‘My Record’:

  1. Choose ‘Home address and personal details’ from the drop down menu.

  1. Choose ‘Change request’.

  1. Address form will appear. Please fill in your up-to-date address and phone details. Once complete choose ‘Submit Request’.
