The Importance of Completing Timesheets

At XML International we ensure that we always follow local country legal requirements and protecting your rights as our employee. 

As you are aware, since the beginning of this year, we have been using the new HR system, Cascade - https://xmlltd.cascadecloud.co.uk , to record and track Time & Absences. We are cognizant that your time is precious, and this is yet another task for you to complete - but it is an important one.

So, what is the significance of recording your time worked using Cascade’s Time Sheets?

1. In many countries, tracking time worked is a legal requirement and both Employer and Employee, need to comply with it. 
2. With Time Sheets updated, we can process your salary accurately and on time. 
3. The Client, whom we provide services for, may require tracking the worked time. 
4. Updated Time Sheets help us track your Annual leave / Sick leaves and ensure you have the right balances in accordance with your contract (that up-to-date balances are also important upon departure)

Considering the above, I would like to ask for you to please update your Time Sheets on a weekly basis by Friday afternoon. If you are already doing it, Thanks. And if this is not the case, please block five minutes on your calendar every Friday so that you start incorporating it as a habit.
