Business Visa Application
During your work with one of our clients you might be asked to travel abroad due to business reasons. If the travel requires a Business Visa, please review the below guide which will help you to obtain one.
- Travel tickets and Visa application must be arranged by you. Please speak with your line manager for the details.
- If the Visa application requires a Visa support letter from the employer, please reach out to ask@xml-int.com. XML will provide you with the letter that will include you employment details and the reason for your travel.
- Please note that you are required to send us the invitation letter from the client. The letter should state the reason of your travel and the dates when you are required to work abroad. This is a required step to issue a Visa application letter.
- The expenses for the travel should be agreed and pre-approved by your line manager. Please keep all receipts and claim for reimbursement via the usual process.
